Has it been a very very long time since I've last updated my personal blog. I kinda think it's wasted if I'd ever stop blogging, somehow. So here I am, at 24 minutes past midnight (and I'm on standby for work,uggh! While hubs enroute to HKG and doing a turn. Thank god!)on 19 October 2016. Literally almost 10 months after the wedding!
Honestly marriage life isn't all that easy. There are days that I just feel like throwing things around(but thank god we're still at our in-laws) and another, I'm just Super clingy.
So far at 10 months, I'm still adjusting to being a better Wife. Yes, I'm not a perfect Wife-material but I'm always trying my best to be.
From cooking almost every other days, doing the dishes and laundry ,feeding the cats and cleaning right after and whatever whatnots, the boring chores. Initial months together, hubs would usually help me out with the laundry but now, I'm good on my own cos' it ain't easy folding clothes like how they prefer at the start but now, it's all smooth.
Marriage life seemed manageable though but obviously every couple have their bad days. Nothing much have changed in the house except Kyo had 5 kittens at malam Syawal(05 June 2016). I was obviously in the midst of cooking for Pagi Raya but stayed by her side, encouraging her for a good 2-3hours!
.......fast forward to October.
(Another one still sleeping. And yeah, they're still comfort-latching. These fluffballs are huge now)
So recently about two weeks back or so, two of them were given away because it wasn't practical for us to keep them reason being, me and hubs won't be staying at Chulo's for long.
Hoping to bring along two of them when we move into our new space.
As for my job, I'm about to finish my contract soon hence, I need to find another job to finance my freelance business.
The Business
It's not really a business, business.
I'm just feeding my love for makeup, taking a step higher. Freelancing as a makeup artist(self-taught) for LUXE/EN ✨ which was established since 06 August 2016. Can't wait for it to go publicise soon! But I'm really stoked to have a permanent position as a MUA for this particular brand(of which I cannot mention just yet!) More about the freelancing soon!
The Future Plans
As of late, both hubs and I are still stabilising our finances since the house is about to be ready soon. Currently, no plans of babies just yet. I mean if it happens, it happens right?
Technically speaking, hubs and I agreed on planning for kids once the house is ready. So, probably planning next year onwards? InshaAllah.
