The recent weekend we've been running alot of minor errands together. We managed to drive on both Saturday and Sunday.
On saturday, we went over to Joo Chiat to pick up our car deco. Bubs insist on decorating our wedding car himself so the other day, when we had the last fitting with our bridal, we came across a flower shop of which my initial intention was to check out their price for aritificial and fresh rose which we then end up making payment for car deco instead. I get to choose the flowers, it was actually a tough decision but I had to go with the ones that matches well with the car.
The aunty was very kind, not pushy and hardselling. She even gave us her name card if we have already decided. Right after that fitting we rushed back to the same place and booked instantly as it was about to close.
2 Days later, she gave us a call. That's one fast service I tell you. We could only collect the deco when Bubs came back from Korea which was that saturday.
Bubs fetched me from home with only less than 2 hrs of sleep and rushed there.
Right after collection, I was so tempted to get my last taste of malay food. Who does nasi padang better than Hjh Maimunah? Oh dem' siput sedut and all. The bill came in at $27 for two! We didn't really mind though cos' it was somewhat our last "lunch date" before the knot. YEAH I WANT TO CRY PLEASE!
We head over to Yishun cos' the babies came over. I was close to exhaustion, almost wanting to sleep. Went back home at 11 and had an early morning the next day.
On Sunday, we both woke up as early as 7 to head over to Harbourfront to meet our cpt for viewing. We were so psyched when we got to know Deen will be with us on our special day!
We drove to Vivo first to have breakfast and we made our way to meet him. No details to be disclosed here for now. Can't wait for that day to come.
All I can say, it feels good to finally see almost everything falls well into place.
Bubs send me home right after. We sat down just to have a "our" time before the official "pantang".
Honestly, I don't see a need for all these though but it might do us good maybe. Less stress? Less fight?
I don't know but I feel at lost when he's not with me. Bub's literally my spine, my back support. sigh.
So when it was time to part of, we hugged for the last time. I tried to hold back my tears but when I heard his voice cracked a little, it was a downpour for me. I really wanted to abort this stupid shit cos' I still find it pointless. Such an emotional moment for us, I'll definitely remember.
Day 1 in, 12 days left. I really can't wait to spend my life with you, my love. On my progress right now, I'm 80% completed with wedding errands. I've yet to give out my wedding cards to my colleagues. Yikes but it's okay.
