A need to remind myself everytime when dealing with such wedding-related topic; Cherish this moment, it's never going to happen again. Just enjoy the process of well... being stress.
So far, I've yet to stress myself to the maximum just yet but when you've started noticing me half-a size down onwards, means I'm already under pressure. Well, it's still to early to feel pressurized right? Our wedding is like end of next year! lol
Though some obviously will go like "Still early to prepare lah. Next then can chiong" Ah yeah la, only you do that. We definitely don't wanna go the ,beg borrow steal or even loan method. Don't see a point of doing so anyways, besides, come next year it'll just be full-force savings In Shaa Allah.
So the other day, H and I went over to Lagun Sari for enquiry of package for his side. Met Cik Sunato and he showed us the rooms. We were pretty impressed by this year's layout at the Manado room(top level). The space, the decoration. EVERYTHING.
Yes, initial plan was to have a reception over at his side at Masjid Kampong and knowing his Dad(claimed by H), he doubt he'll be able to take on such stress.
We are so-the "All-Inclusive" couple. Loved everything that can provide us on the spot, not having to get involve anyone or splitting the wedding errands for catering, decor and whatnots. Don't get us wrong, we just hate troubling the people around us and if the place can provide an All-Inclusive service, why not right? Probably one burden off the checklist.
Back to the other day, once we were showed around and looked through the package price, we still didn't boil down to booking the date instantly. H needed to speak to his Dad. All I can say is that, H is one lucky bugger. Shall not disclose any information here.
A day later, H surprised me with such good news that his Dad agreed to do it over there. We were supposed to make bookings today but his Dad is busy. Pushing all wedding-related errands tomorrow.
Told Mom about his dad's decision to do it over at Lagun Sari, Mom asked why didn't I do it there? My answer was simple. My cousins did theirs over there as well, I didn't want my side to be similar. We're pretty much settled on both of our venue, both holding at respective restaurants!
Update soonest regarding our solemnization venue. I'm feeling ecstatic and nervous tomorrow. Putting a downpayment for booking of Lagun Sari and also our quick-tour and full-payment for our nikah venue!
Can't wait for the day where I can wake up to you for the rest of my life, baby. I love you and thank you for being the one who puts in alot of effort for the preparations. I'm amazed and forever will be amazed by you.
