As the big day is approaching, you become more and more anxious/ nervous and all panic-ky mode but thankfully, those days are not there for me just yet. Hoping for zero panic attack till the day comes!
There are pros and cons to having an eye for details which I (claim to) have. okay lah, maybe I'm leaning towards the fickle-minded and picky. hehe
I can't possibly make decisions on every single wedding related stuffs. It gives me a terrible headache, I can take days/months to decide!!
So basically, wedding related stuffs which does not involve me(preference wise) directly, I'll just taichi it to Bubs. Just like WEDDING CARS.
I have practically zero knowledge on fancy cars whatsoever.Maybe not so zero lah, exaggerate nye! Bub's a freak, he knows almost every design/brand(?), stock or bodykit change/ engine/ type of cars. Please, cars are just not my forte.
Obviously there's so many fancy cars out there, Bubs have been sourcing out pictures for me, seeking my approval as well. Took us about two weeks or so, getting quotation and availability on our date of usage.
We have set our eyes on Maserati since the beginning. Bub's totally into sport cars and their engine. Maserati cars are so fiercely engineered, there's just some oomphf! overall, from the outlook to interior and the engine!
I specifically told bubs that I prefer a white wedding car but none were available. We even look for Jaguar as alternatives! :/
So this bridezilla finally gave up and let Bubs decide on the wedding car. If he likes it, he gets it. No point being all uptight right?
A few days back, we met up with the owner of the sports sedan car, some angmoh dude.
I stayed in the car while bubs inspect his car. I told bubs that the meet-up was little redundant but he simply said "For the credibility of it." Which simply means, he needs to see if it's all a scam or something like that. Once done, we drove off.
Bubs asked for my opinion, I was reluctant to say I wasn't that please with the overall look(Just because it isn't white but I totally dig the red interior), then it hit me in the head, I need to go easy. Asked if he likes it. Obviously, he does! So Maserati it is! Bubs told me to choose my florist for the car deco, yey!!
On another non-related wedding car topic, I have finally booked a night stay at my preferred hotel, the day before the solemnization!! Even had plans on throwing a henna party but it's still subjected to bubs approval(which I presume he'll say no. lol).
Finally this photo has a meaning to it! 117 days left to go! Officially created a hashtag for the event and a private ig memoir for keepsakes, eventhough it's still early. Will reveal it soon! Or will I?
