Tomorrow's 226 and it's a wrap for my 3 days(nak bunuh orang, hidup mati balik) pattern for my roster this month. Another overnighter and a quick Phuket and I'm all cleared for my VACATION!
So anyways, currently just finished uploading pictures into this laptop from my berkeladak iPhone. I love taking photos but have a very bad habit of not deleting those not important ones, so that's why internal memory space dah mintak ampon!
Okay back to the topic(s); YES, LIKE ALOT. I love updating all you kay-poh people. nyehehe
I shall subhead(got such thing ah?) everything in sections. (I SWEAR MY MIND IS TOTALLY BLANK COS I'M JUST FREAKING TIRED BUT I'M JUST LETTING MY FINGERS DO ALL THE TALKING. Bear with me okay?)
Rewinding back to the day where H's side came over to finalize the date. (Ps: I'm very bad at dates and days so, bear with me... AGAIN). Papa Chulo, ,Wak Ju and Cik Jumat came and do all those old folks' talking. I was there macam extra, one corner duduk diam and pasang telinga je. Nak duduk dalam bilik macam rude, so.. corner pon corner lah!
Everything was smooth and turned out well. H chose not to come over due to flying off later that night, member step nak rest konon but it's okay.
When the folk's were done talking, sempat bergambar sey. Show evidence to H that they came over.
05 December 2015 suaa kena chope kat dahi la guise. (homagawdzz, dah bebual macam minah siol.)

Haiz, so blessed to be like one of the hottest mom celebs with awesome features. Tak macam Nora Danish takper, EshyaNora ponngg boleh lah. Bersyukurlah pada Ilahi. Amin.

Initially, H and I just wanted a nikah only but then when family comes into the picture and their air muka,which is like so inevitable; a lot of things were added one way or another making it look like any other typical customary malay wedding which .... we don't really fancy. Not that we don't like traditions,honestly, we both really hate the crowd and when I meant crowd, we couldn't handle a good 1000 pax and sit on the pelamin to take photos of a good 500 times. Get what I mean?
Yes, the irony, the fact that I love taking photos but eversince our engagement with only 100 people, it was already taxing and well of course, I pity H more cos' obviously, he's not a photogenic person and hates taking photos. Tak kan nak paksa kan? Nanti wedding day itself, muka masam. Tu yang I tak nak tu but we're still under negotiation with the taking photo part. hehe
Back to where we were, the day after the "meeting", my parents, little sister and I made appointment at Desa Kartika. My parents were sceptical at first but I was very certain of the package they were offering. Very affordable, fits my "number of people" budget and very nice ambience.
Well, there will be NO SANDING whatsoever, it's just a dinner reception for my side. Sadly, there's pelamin, which H objected strongly but I couldn't do anything about it.
Takot slot kena chope by couple lain, BOOK ON THE DOT LA SEY. Daddy went down to the atm machine and paid the makcik. So, one burden off the list! Thank you daddehhhh.
THE DAY WE MET OUR WEDDING PLANNER
Say what? Wedding planner? Melayu all so pantang with getting external help to their wedding, kalau boleh, makcik pakcik, adik -anak sedara tok and nenek all kena tolong; from brainstorming to executing. Not that I'm lazy or what but when it comes to my solemnization, I'd rather let someone help me execute my planS, fuss-free,rather than myself or H having to run everywhere before signing the papers. hehe. We made appointment with Hans on the 8th this month, just recently not long ago.
I was back from my overnight Kochi and damn I was tired. H fetched me from work, went home get changed and off we go to Harbourfront!
We met with the other Chinese couple who's getting married in November! Han's pretty much covered it all, leaving us very little questions to bombard him. hehe.
Already curious on where I'm holding my solemnization? Wait till the 5th December 2015 okay?
We're placing the deposit soon enough even though it's still too early but I prefer it that way so I could just focus on saving up on our honeymoon once all those bills are settled.
THE SECOND CHOSEN BRIDAL
Still very much disappointed, just like any other brides who couldn't get their chosen mak andam for their special day. I shall not brood about it but I should have listened to my instinct and not listen to my groom-to-be. hehe, Guys will never understand how important this people who create magic on our faces for our special day. Well of course, my chosen mak andam was Ishq By Nora Zee but they kena chope already, not my luck and being one of a kiasu bride, I enquired on all other bridal.
Just nice, Chantique The Bridal Gallery had a slot for me and so, without terhegeh2, we made appointment right after my flight. Abang Zul was very welcoming, I'd say. Pretty impressed by some of their displayed outfits(I can see myself in that!)
He told us that we were kinda lucky cos' one of the couple postponed their wedding and we were on par with another couple who wanted to book this date. So, striking the iron while it's hot, I didn't thought twice, I'm sure this bridal will do me proud on our day..
That's basically it. I did not just took a few hours just to blog this. Oh god, so freaking tired right now. 0329 and I'm asking for trouble, still got to fly tomorrow. Lethargic is me at this moment. Will blog next time on my upcoming trip!
