0955, we took Italo service to Florence. A good 2hours ride from Venice! Slept all the way i'd say. Too tired.
Once reached, the first thing we saw... MCDONALDS!
What a life saviour! Can't believe that i thought we'd die eating Pizza and Pasta all the way for the next 5nights! So what else? We bought takeouts and find for our hotel. Took awhile cos' the roads were damb confusing!!
Finally found our way to the hotel and dayuuuum... a good 4star! Yessa. I did not just booked that but the rooms were okay. Toilet is awesome.
Had our lunch and quickly got ready to catch a bus to The Mall.
We got lost initially but once we found the sita(bus depot), heaved a sigh relieved!!
Tickets were at €5 one way(eggspensive lor) but it's alright. The journey took about 40-50mins on average. Hehe
Dah sampai macam heaven. Like.. AHHHHHHH, yes. PARADISE!
Took like 2-3hours to look and shop around. So many designer brands! Prada, Gucci, Dior, Bottega Venetta, YSL and lots more! Easily burnt a good SGD$1,200. sigh. Balik singapore makan rumput.
Took the 7pm bus ride back to Florence termini. Nope, we were not done for the day. Bibs dragged me out at night for dinner and sight-seeing.
Tired, but no regrets actually!
We get to see two duomo(s) at night. So huge please. The outing was a quick one. Lethargy really kicked in. Went back to the hotel and knocked out, completely!
That's all. A quick one night in Florence. And since now, I'm in rome.. we're gonna head out in awhile! Toodles and selamat berpuasa!
